Eriga is in early launch — we iterate fast and welcome your feedback.

Subprocessors

Last updated: May 11, 2026

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes personal data on behalf of Eriga to deliver the Service. This page lists every subprocessor we currently use, the role it plays and the region where it processes data.

Current subprocessors

Provider Role Region
Scaleway Cloud infrastructure (compute, database, network) and transactional email delivery EU (France)
Bunny CDN delivery for static sites and authoritative DNS for the eriga.app zone EU (Slovenia, BunnyWay d.o.o.)
Logto Authentication and identity management EU
Stripe Billing and payment processing EU (Ireland) + USA (SCCs in place)
Novu In-app notifications and notification workflows Israel (EU adequacy decision)
Mistral AI LLM inference for the AI assistant EU (France)
Sentry Error monitoring and performance tracing EU (Germany)
Phare Public service status page and uptime monitoring EU (Estonia, infrastructure in DE/SI/NL/FR)

Non-EU subprocessors are engaged under the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission under Art. 46 GDPR. Attachments uploaded in Eriga are always external links — Eriga does not store attachment files.

When we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page and notify customers on paid plans by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may object to a new subprocessor by contacting privacy@eriga.app before the effective date. If we cannot accommodate a reasonable objection, you can terminate the Service in line with our Terms.
