No. Eriga manages any type of recurring obligation: training, health surveillance, maintenance, periodic inspections, certifications, GDPR, environment, quality. It's not tied to any specific regulation.
How long does it take to get started? +
A few minutes. Create an account, register your resources, define the obligations. No implementation project, no consultant required.
Can I import data from my spreadsheet? +
Yes. You can import resources and obligations from CSV files. If you have complex structures, our team can help with the migration.
How does the AI assistant work? +
Eriga AI is a team of four specialized agents: regulatory consultant, operator, developer and guide. They read PDF documents and images, answer regulatory questions with precise references, create certificates, generate reports and guide you through the interface. You always confirm.
Can I manage multiple clients or sites? +
Yes. Each client or site has its own space with separate users, resources and obligations. You keep the big picture.
Where is my data hosted? +
Tech stack 100% EU. Hosting on Scaleway in France, AI on Mistral in France, authentication with Logto in Europe. No CLOUD Act exposure, no extra-EU transfers. The full list of subprocessors is public.
How do notifications work? +
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack or any other channel — plus inside Eriga itself. Choose the destination in a few clicks and get periodic deadline digests and operational alerts when something changes. No alert spam.
What happens when my team grows? +
You change plans on your own, without interrupting the service. Plans scale by number of resources, operational units and team members.
